Bismarck was commissioned in 1940, Yamato in late 1941. Bismarck was actually lost 8 months before Yamato was commissioned, but this is a hypothetical question, so that's okay.

Bismarck was faster, Yamato was bigger and had bigger guns.

I'm going to work on F15 or F22 avionics (preferably F22) and want to know which is a good base to be stationed at. The only Air Force Bases I know of that have F22s are Langley, Eglin, Tyndall and Elmendorf. Langley looks like a good one. Also can anybody tell me what RAF Lakenheath and Nellis are like? Thanks.

US and Iraqi deaths are down, and we're killing the enemy. Do you still claim the surge hasn't worked, and won't work? What do you base that opinion on?

At first I had high consideration's for the Air Force, but it seemed that every recruiter from the other branches didn't exactly have a positive response to the Air Force itself. What would be the best branch of the Military and what are the benefits of it? By the way I plan on being a Reserved Cadet for now.

I don't want to sound harsh, but honestly I don't find anything "patriotic" about it. It is basically "justified" killing, in the name of a country.
"Kill on person and they call you a murderer. Kill thousands and they call you a leader." ?
