But make sure your recruiter gets you enlisted as an E-3. Your college credit should be enough for that.

Yes, it is possible. You'll have to start out enlisted though.
There are a number of programs that will let you become an officer. A lot of them have been consolidated into the STA-21 program.
And there's always the option of going LDO or warrant officer later in your enlisted career.

Without an undergraduate degree, it's doubtful the navy will allow you to attend OCS.

Negative, but if your GPA is high enough one of the service academies might pick you up for your undergraduate degree.
