What's humorous is that the Big Chicken Dinner doesn't even come with a big chicken dinner.
You gets nada.

No you cannot. But 6 months after you get out you can request that your bad conduct discharge be changed to an other than honorable discharge. I don't know all there is about changing the status of your discharge, but I am fairly sure that upgrading it to other than honorable is the best you can do. With that you are eligible for some benefits though. If you did something really bad don't waste your time because the BCD will stick. If you got the short end of the stick and truly didn't deserve a BCG then give it a shot. Commanders aren't perfect, and some are just plain asses, especially with enlistment standards dropping the last few years. Now it isn't uncommon for a company commander to be a 25 year old Captain that's been in for three or four years. And what does a 25 yr old really know besides what end of the beer bong goes in his or her mouth?

No. The military's code of integrity goes against this. People who have done something wrong and are dishonorably discharged lose all pension plans and military benefits. Those who do things bad enough to get kicked out do not deserve to have any sort of lasting benefits.

the primary benefit in question would be the GI Bill, and no, you wouldn't rate that. If i recall correctly (this is either for a BCD or a dishonerable) the highest rank you can be discharged at is an e3, and and you will also forfiet the entirety of your leave balance and all special pay.

Good thing poor spelling and grammar aren't punishable with the BCD.
If you have a BCD, here is a complete list of the military benefits to which you are entitled:
Good luck with that.
PS Check with local law enforcement to see if you have to register as a felon or sex offender.

Virtually all veterans' benefits are forfeited by a bad conduct discharge.

In some cases you can, if you received a BCD in your second enlistment. You might be eligible for all benefits through your first enlistment. Anyone that says it wasn't earned doesn't know the circumstance and is speaking out of ignorance. If you think it's not deserved climb my stack of ribbons and say it to my face!!!
