I know that the US Air Force has Civil Air Patrol and that the Marines has the Young Marines but what about the Navy and Army. Today at school I saw a few kids wearing a US Army uniforms and I was wondering how they got it. It says their last name and US army tab on the left but I didnt see a rank. Does anyone know what the programs for the Navy and Army is?

The Army has JROTC which stands for Junior Officer Training Program. If you belong to JROTC for four years in high school you can enter the military automatically as an E-3. I think if you only take 3 years you can join as an E-2. Check into it.
