17 with a high School Diploma and signed permission form all legal parents/guardians. otherwise..18.

You must be 18 years of age at the time you enlist or have signed permission from your parents or legal guardian. You can obtain the permission slips from a recruiters office if you are underage. Good luck in your career if you decide to join, no matter which branch you might join. The enlistment age is the same for all branches of the military.

17 with parental consent. 18 without consent. if you are 17 and you know your parents won't sign, but you are already out of high school just petition the court for emancipation. Once that is granted you can join at 17 without parental consent. Of course if you are already 18 or older then that doesn't apply to you. have fun.
