The monster who raped my son was let out of jail, after a $200,000 bond was reduced to $20,000. All of this because if there was a conviction the D.A.'s office and police department would have a lawsuit on their hands for not including medical evidence and the polygraph the predator failed.There was one cover up after another in this case. The predator lives in the same town as we do and it is difficult because it seems like he is everywhere. He fragmented my son's soul as well as my own. How does this all end?

Just watched Street Wars on Sky Three. I thought having tattoos excluded you from joining the police force and yet one of the featured officers had a star tattoo on his left hand and a considerably larger one on his left forearm. Is this legit or are Sky doing a "realistic reconstruction" con on this programme.

I am 16 years old and live in cincinnati ohio. I was driving on the highway and recieved a speeding ticket for 81 mph in a 65 mph zone (16 mph over). The officer used a laser and told me that since i am a minor i have to appear in court for this ticket. I was wondering if there are any ways i can fight this ticket and get out of paying the 104 dollars that i owe. I got pulled over by a trooper, not a sheriff. It is my first offense and i did sign the ticket which i think states that i agree to the speeding violation. But i am aware that my chances are slim but i was just wondering if anyone out there can help me fight this ticket and get out of paying the 104 dollars. Please and Thank you very much.

This is a randoma nd maybe a silly question, but in the movie "Phone Booth," when Stu calls the police, but can't talk directly to him, they hang up. If one were in a situation where he couldn't talk on the phone to the police, but only dialed him, would they still come out to help or just not come? And they can track a cell phone call, true?

I just recently passed the testing weekend for my local PD. That included the Integrity Questionairre. I devuldge pretty much everthing i can remember in my life. Included was questions about drug use. I answered truthfully on what drugs I used ( cocaine, meth, ecstasy, acid, marijuana) and how many times ( 5-10 times depending on the drug). And yes I passed. It all happended primarily when i was a kid in high school. Its not who I am anymore. Currently a Corrections Officer and have strong moral and ethical values that came out during the interview. Just worried aboout something maybe I forgot or will remember later.

I guess my question is that I know those numbers are off on the number of times I used a paticular drug and how would i handle that and/ or will that cause a problem later? Also what if i remember other stuff in my past that i forgot to put down? It was ovewr 15yrs ago on some of these issues. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

ok i got a telescopic baton and i live in toronto is it illegal there cause i don't know much it all i know some people call it a night stick or a exstendo i got a 21 inch pocket size one . i got it from a firned of mine who sold it to me for 30 dallors and i wonder if it illegal or not . doesn't the poilce use this type of baton?

About a month ago I got pulled over for going 71 on a 55 in Georgia. (16 over). I was late getting home one night, sped up to pass someone in the right lane, and crossed over. I just recently got my court date and a fine of 125. I'm going to have to ask to reschedule my court date because I will be away, but I am definitely planning on showing up. This should put two points on my license, but I've been driving for a little less than 6 months and want to do everything possible to get those points off. Any suggestions of what to do, or comments of experience?
There's always the chance of the police officer not showing up, but I'd rather not depend on that.
Someone also told me I can talk to him before we go into court, and he might reduce my speed to 15 mph over. If he did, I wouldn't have two points put on my license. But, I'm also not sure if I can talk to him before hand.
Advice?

My cousin missed two other appearances years ago, just paid a fine at the time and nothing has ever happened to him like a warrants etc. He's also had another citation recently and encountered a police officer for identification and there was no warrant or arrest...just a notification of a fine in the mail, that he has to pay in 2 months.
Can you get an extension for the date that the payment of the fine is due?? Who do you contact?

I was hired to care for a old woman by her daughter for2 days, the next day the police called to question me saying the daughter set me up and was accusing me of taking so many pills I denied it of course, I didn't do it. bu the time the detective finished badgering me and accusing me and my husband who was there 5 min to pick me up, I was hysterical and I said ok I did It. charged with pitit larc and 2 counts poss. I have a prescription for one med I take myself and I have a bottle from the other of my own from nov, can they still charge me with possession with those? If I took the womans meds on wed like she says, why would she want me to come back to work on th next day. the detective said she knew they were gone wed evening.
