This is the second time i have had fraud by someone using yahoo.com This is luxidog@yahoo.com this time. I want to know if you will do anything about this. I think you should be responsible to those of us that are innocent and I don't want to hear about privacy. If this person is defrauding someone then you need to help in enforcing the shutdown and prosecution of this individual.
Will you do anything to this person? Will you shut down his e-mail

you drive up to an intersection and approach a stopsign. you stop. there is a cop that just went through the intersection so you HAD to come to a complete stop. As the cop passes and the road is clear, you see in the distance an oncoming car from the right traveling at a high rate of speed. Since it looks clear, you move forward through the interserction. The car approaches so quickly, he hits you in the upper right hand corner of your car causing an accident. According to the law, the person who hit the car that was stoped and moved through the intersection had the right-a-way. Which makes the one that was hit, in the wrong. The driver that was hit has a suspended license. No one was cited or given a ticket on the scene. No one was hurt. All parties were told to go home. All parties had their cars towed to their homes. What happens next?

O.k I have two speeding tickets, let me explain my situation better:
back in september of last year, i got a speeding ticket, i went to court and paid the 104 fine to start defensive driving...i never took it.
Last month i got stopped again and i got a speeding ticket and a warning for having an expired insurance card.
I didn't go to court... and today I called and they told me i needed to fax my proof of insurance which "was an is" current (the card was just expired) and that i needed to pay or take defensive driving for the ticket...now what happens to the first ticket if i take defensive driving for the second. I already payed the fee..would i need to pay the full fine for it??? or do i most likely already have a warrant for my arrest....HELP ME....
and yes, this is irresponsible on my part I'm sorry i will take care of this...help me!!

I've been citied to go to court as a witness, the court case has been put back three times already, it was meant to be September 2006 then November 2006 then February 2007. Now it's supposed to be set for April this year, problem is i've got a holiday booked for April and it's been booked for 6 months now. If the court date falls on my holiday date is there any way of getting out of going?

Seriously. I have never understood this premise. Wilson goes to Africa, comes back, and says he think Bush is full of it. OK. His opinion.

I just cannot picture Bush and Rove sitting in the White House saying "that damn Wilson! I hate him. He's ruining everything! I know! Let's out his CIA WMD expert wife! That'll make his views on WMD's less credible and get him good!!"

Come on people. This whole thing is so lame. There's still debate going on as to whether she even was a covert CIA agent.

Is it outing if you post the CIA janitor's name? I mean, he does work at the CIA.

Just wanted to give a little advice here. I keep running into so much mistrust and hatred directed at police officers it's no wonder we're in the situation we are in (some justified, most just misdirected anger). Just a little tip that I hope everyone thinks about, next time you see your local police officer(s), introduce yourself, compliment/thank them if you feel they've done a good job, and lay the foundations for a trusting relationship with them. It is amazing how important just a "hello" or a nod can be. I'm not saying you have to be friends with them, I'm just saying offer your trust and I promise they will offer you theirs. Think this would be a good first step?
