pulled over by a cop(probably speeding, but I don't know). She pulls into one of my business parking spots and he pulls up behind her and blocks my driveway. I went outside and said excuse me sir,(he acknowledged me). I said" hey bud, any chance you could pull into one of my spots so my customers can still get in and out?

And what do you think he says?

He says sir you need to go back inside I will be done in a few minutes.

Does this guy have the legal right to pull onto my private property, block my driveway, and then tell me to go back inside my building?

About 5 years ago, A person I was working with got offended by me. I was amongst a few other workers that were telling dirty jokes at work. Also I was trying to motivate our work team however this person got offended by me, and I admit I probably could have gone a different route to motivate the team. She ended up telling my supervisor that I was "harassing" her. I was never approached by her telling me I what I was doing, but none the less, my supervisor gave me a warning for harrassing her, no other consequences. I do admit I was probably out of linemaybe not the the degree it was made out to be, and have not been in "trouble" at work. I certainly learned that you have to know your audience beofer you open you mouth. Anyway, my question is, number 1,should I disclose the incident to any law enforcement agency that is considering employing me even though it was only a warning, and will it affect my chances of getting hired? Nothing else ever came from it, just the warning.

Is it really legal to give a semi driver a ticket for driving in the left hand lane, I thought all men were created equal, why are they singled out for this, after all they have to pay a highway use tax of $550.00 for each truck on the highway to be able to drive on these roads so why are they not allowed to drive just as cars do what can be done about this and can I fight it?

They are dropping charges because the drugs or (ICE} came back negitive in a lab test. What is the reason for the drug "ICE", to not test in some cases, then test possitive in others.?

This is quite difficult for me to ask, as I've kept it secret for many, many years. I am now 36 and between the ages of 11-13 I was sexually abused by 2 sons of a church pastor. They were 14 and 16 years of age at the time. Because they were under age, and as it was a long time ago, will that mean they will be let off the hook or is there still a chance for prosecution? I was a very naive 11 year old.

How do private investigators work when their subject changes their identity, hardly ever go out and if they do they use a rental vehicle under a different name, don’t answer their telephone at home but use a cell phone instead, and limits their friends? Doesn’t this make the investigation harder if your subject hides his tracts and specifically his moments and/or location?

I first asked the question "should common citizens be allowed to own guns?" Now however, if common citizens are allowed to own guns, should they have any qualifications? For example, if grandma does not have any training, and is alone at home, should she be allowed to own a gun? If there is an ex-convict, with training and seems to have changed, should he be allowed to own a gun?

I made a really terrible mistake i borrowed money to someone i thought was my friend. He told me he would give me back before the week was over, he was going to use the money to get his car that was towed and sell it immediately. The money from the sold car was what he was going to use to pay me back. A week after he started dodging me and since the semester was over he traveled to texas. He came back in january and when i confronted him, he said he was going to sell the car and started giving me lame excuses. When i told him i was going to call the cops he said okay but whatever they say is final. He agreed to give me half next week and half later. When the time came i called but no reply i went over to his place just to find out he moved off campus. IK spoke to his friends and told them i was going to call the cops, they said that is what he wanted me to do since there is no signed documentation the cops will settle it and he won't have to pay anything. pls someone help me
