In order to have any criminal conviction expunged from your record, you either need to contact your attorney to get the paperwork started. If that isn't feesable, then you can go to the Clerk's office and ask for the paperwork to file the motion yourself. There will be a filing fee assessed if you file the paperwork yourself, but an attorney will charge you that plus their fees as well.

Get a certififcate of release of disabilities; Get the paperwork from a judge/court or the department of corrections in your state. It erases all misdemeanors and 1 felony off your record.
