Most of the time you would hand-cuff him behind his back to his belt. If he is not wearing a belt, attach a leg shackle to one ankle and then attach it the hand-cuff on the same side.

Hand cuff him to a stationary object, such as a car door handle etc. One would never hand cuff him to an officer that could be dangerous.

use slip cuffs, the plastic ones that you see on tv, they cuff up one wrist then wrap the slip cuffs around the waist securing the wrist.

nicely.. i understand of a guy it incredibly is lacking a hand. He replaced into born without it. He informed me that he have been given handcuffed to his elbow one time. the the remainder of the cases, they hobbled his hands decrease back and cuffed his hand to a belt loop.
