did they change the law for the driving age in PA?

I will be 16 next Jan. and want to get my drivers lisense before they change the law unless they already did

call dmv. doubt if they will raise the age it just puts more unlicenced drivers on the road. may sure to get proper training spen a few bucks . dont take driving for granted. the cemitary is already full..

when I lived in PA the threat of them changing the drivers license law was a common rumor. I dunno if they are gonna change it or already have, but I got my license age 16 in June of 1994 I think.
(I was 16 and a half actually, but we had a lot of snow/ice that winter around my birthday so..
