go into tools select Internet options then delete all cookies and temp. Internet files, but remember you will also delete any saved passwords you will need to re-enter them to lo gin. if that doesn't help try defragmenting. this will put the files ion the right place and remove corrupt files. or maybe you are just running out of memory, if this is the problem then go to your control panel and hit add/remove button and delete programs you do not use, this will free up some space. If all else fails as a last resort you can take the disk that you got with the computer and set everything back to default like you had when you first got it. Then it could also be you ISP having problems my security system was preventing me from logging onto yahoo mail because of a virus threat so once it was removed I was finally able to use my computer fine.

too much trash on it. delete temporary internet files and cookies. check for spyware and virus'. see if it needs defragged too.
