Neither side made a compelling case either way. But you have to give Libby the benefit of the doubt because the FBI agent's testimony wasn't in her notes and Russert couldn't remember a conversation even after watching the video of it.

I wouldn't call them stupid. They are all from a heavily Democrat area and predisposed to find a member of the administration guilty. The longer it takes is because the jurors cannot reconcile a guilty verdict with the prosecution's lame case.

There are, I believe, five counts to the indictment. That means each count must be deliberated and voted upon. This is an important case, and I'm sure that the jurors are being very careful in their deliberations.

In any group of people you will have some who are conservative and some who are liberal.

Good luck coming to a unanimous decision with them on anything political.
