Yeah, especially since most DMVs have an officer there. You could try to get your license at another state, since they won't be able to see your warrants from other states.

It depends on the state, I suppose, cause here in AZ I had a warrant and I didnt know it, and all they did was tell me that I couldnt get my license and that I needed to go to court first.
However if you dont go to court you a. Will be arrested if the cops catch you, and b. wont be able to get yor license.
BTW it is a lot easier to go to court and deal with it, then get caught. You will probably just be fined, and can even work out a deal to pay for the fines if you can't afford them all at once. and btw...just a suggestion... dont drive and dont get caught.

They will not issue you a drivers liscense untill you go to court and deal with tickets.
Unpaid tickets
First offense -- no minimum; maximum is 6 months jail and/or $1000.

If there are warrants, yes. They will pull you on the computer and see that you have outstanding warrants.
