You have absolutely nothing to sue for here. Just by watching you inside his store or place of business in no way discriminates against you nor violates any of your rights. By the way if you do take this to court itll come down to your word against his and he could tell the judge any legal excuse for watching you and youve got nothing. On an outside long shot even if you somehow won in court, the settllement wouldnt be monetary but probably just an apology. So frget this one and move on.

If that's all that happened, I doubt you have grounds for a lawsuit. Of course, you can file a lawsuit in small claims, and I'm sure if you looked hard enough, you could find an attorney who would file it for you,but unless you have proof that he was acting in a discriminatory manner towards you because of your race/sex/religion, there isn't going to be a case to win and it'll probably end up being thrown out of court. If he was just watching you, then he was doing like any good merchant and keeping an eye on his store, stock, employees and customers. There's nothing about just being watched that is discriminatory. And merchants have the right to ask disruptive customers to leave, regardless of who they are.
