I was recently pulled over for an unsafe turn (drove across two lanes of traffic and stopped in the middle turn lane, waiting to merge) and issued a citation. The officer explained to me that "part of your front right tire crossed over the line into the other lane." This is the first traffic ticket I have received in 16 years of driving, because "part of my tire" crossed a line. I am not sure of the exact definition of an unsafe turn, but I want to fight this one. The officer was clearly either having a bad day or just not a nice person but, especially given my driving record, I feel he was being extremely picky. Can anyone define an unsafe turn for me? Is this worth fighting? Because I really want to.... Maybe I'm just being presumptious and completely deserve the ticket, but either way I'd like to hear it. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I am a 200 lb. 21 year old cage fighter in cape coral florida. I am looking for any cops that think they are tough enough to take off that little badge that makes you feel so strong and enter a sanctioned cage fight with me. my girlfreinds ex-husband shot himself and now 4 years later she is charged with complicity to commit murder. how can this happen. there is 1 other person that was there but she has turned against her and will not help with the case. how do they determin this charge, and how much time is given to this person charged with this?

I was coming home from Denny's at 2 am in the morning.I pull up in front of my house to park and see flashing lights.Cop comes to my window and tells me I was doing 80 mph in a 35 zone and he was following me from Del Amo Blvd. Mapquested that was 1.30 mile away from where he started following me to the front of my home on a dead end street. I pulled over before he turned his lights on.I don't exactly what speed I was doing but I know it was not as high as 80.Fifty at the most but I doubt that fast..There are two sharp turns to get to my house so I know I was not going that fast otherwise I would have ended up in someone's yard.Also there are no posted speed limits for 35 on the route he followed me on.Only 30 and 40 mph signs posted. Should I fight this ticket? It's $361 and my first ticket in five years.What evidence do I need?Maps? Pictures? He also let me in my house(without search) to use restroom so I was not a threat. And no I was not drinking.

What if I refuse to pay and disregard the court's letter?
I know Illinois would suspend my license if I didn't response to the ticket. But can I get the license renewed when I worked outside Illinois or Florida?

but with MSN its set up so it automatically comes up on screen when i turn computer on with my picture does not show my ID but does ask for my password i like this set up but with yahoo i have to click on messenger icon then wait for it to load then enter both email add and then password or click on remember my ID & Password I dont want to show my email add but i do want it to remember it but then still ask for my password you see if laptop was to get stolen and i clicked yes remember my password and ID well robber will then have access to my yahoo email why cant i set it up like my hotmail MSN

My friend has a ticket from 10/2003, and since she got the ticket she has only received one letter about it back in 2004, well the ticket is over $1000, for speeding and not going to court and a few other things , she is just wanting to know if she should pay it ??? the ticket was given in a different county than what she lives in and she was also wondering can they expedite you for a traffic ticket?
