What if I refuse to pay and disregard the court's letter?
I know Illinois would suspend my license if I didn't response to the ticket. But can I get the license renewed when I worked outside Illinois or Florida?

So what country are you from? You said you were a foreigner, it depends on whether your license is from Mexico or somewhere else.

I think you actually mean that you're not a Floridian, but an Illinoisian. Be that as it may, the National data-base for license revocations won't let you get licensed anywhere if you are at that time " revoked " in another state.
