The monster who raped my son was let out of jail, after a $200,000 bond was reduced to $20,000. All of this because if there was a conviction the D.A.'s office and police department would have a lawsuit on their hands for not including medical evidence and the polygraph the predator failed. There was one cover up after another in this case. The predator lives in the same town as we do and it is difficult because it seems like he is everywhere. He fragmented my son's soul as well as my own. How does this all end?

I am truly sorry for what has happened to you. If there is a conviction a lawsuit against the DA's office would have no merit. More likely the bail was lowered because that is the typical amount for that type of case. Unfortunately even monsters who do that kind of crime are entitled to their day in court and are presumed innocent until proven otherwise. If there was any wrongdoing in this case it would either be dealt with during the first trial or subsequent appeals. I don't understand how them obtaining a conviction without using certain evidence why their would be a lawsuit unless the DA witholds evidence that could acquit the defendent. Hopefully it will all end with the monster going to jail for a long time and upon his release the label of sex offender ruins his life.

Make sure your neighbors know what is happening. The community will look out for you.

Good luck
