Can security guard patrol cars have any color light bars and sirens?

Also, I have a business where many customer cars are being broken into on my different property lots. I want my business to set up its own security and be able to drive a security patrol car on my lots periodically. What kind of license do I need? I might be one of the people who drives the patrol cars so what kind of training, lisence, and permits do I need? Also, my cousin might be one of the security officers how do i need to make him eligable to be a security guard?

Can someone tell me why my neighbor loves to shoot off a gun? He points it toward the night sky and pulls the trigger multiple times, as though bullets never have to return to earth....and can't hurt someone...I think there needs to be a IQ test for gun ownership....if you rank at village idiot or moron, they give you a squirt gun instead!!! Several neighbors have called the police on the jerk but they can't be everywhere....and he does this once or twice a week...any advice?

i failed to show up for a court day that i did not know i had it was a b/c of a probation thing(I dont know much about why i had to go to court that day b/c i never received the paper work in the mail for it ) so what do you think i should tell the judge b/c i did not receive any paper work in the mail saying that i have a court date and this day and at this time. the court date that i failed to show for was just about 29 day ago to date

this past weekend was my first time actually using their service. it took me 10 different numbers to call and took them 3 hours to respond. i live in los angeles and there was a car blocking my drive way. the car was stolen and left there. all i wanted was a tow truck to remove it. have you encounter these kind of situations

ok here is a long story short~~
my ex of 4 long yrs keeps coming over when ever he wants to, call me all the time, texts me all day long and wont leave me be. all he say is that he is sorry and want to work it out but there is nothing to work out. he dose not work smokes weed and drinks to much. i almost called CPS becasue they smoke with his kid there> his son is only 9.

we broke up almost a month ago, i stopped careing for him 6 months ago.

my daughter dad is back in our lives now and will be moving down here when he can next summer, i know that he will make him leave me be but what do i do util then?

should i get a Restraining order or what?

Im well over 21and have just moved into a house. There are 5 of us living there, 2 are over 21 and 3 are 20. They are all good guys, students with great character. Those under 21 as usuall will have no problem getting beer without my help. For me to police them and tell them not to drink would constitute not respecting them as equals. Id like to be their friend and I do see them as equals. I don't forsee any major parties but a night of poker around the table or dinner party could shurely happen where we're all having a beer. Im not exactly supplying the house since they live there too and I don't need to buy their beer. Will johny law leave me alone?

I got the ticket while driving in Orange County but I live in Los Angeles, is the only way to get the option of traffic school to drive to the court on the ticket? If I pay online do I have the option of traffic school? Does an OC ticket allow you to do traffic school online? Any idea how much a ticket written for going 70mph on the freeway is gonna run?

Im a 27 year old guy from MT and I've seen quite an increase in the enforcement of underage drinking laws here. When I was 18 there really wasn't any. Most of it came after some idiots got killed drinking and driving after a home comming game. DARE took the issue and ran with it. Why punish everyone because of the actions of a few? Why not just increase the drinking and driving laws? Before, all ages would come together and socialize at parties, around bonfires with a sort of mutual respect. The 18-20 kids would learn from hanging out with the older kids. I was introduced to "good beer" and moderation. Everyone was free and got respect. Now the over 21 kids dont hang out with the younger kids because they're worried about "contributing to a minor". The younger kids get together and binge drink as a main activity locked up in an apartment. They cant go to listen to music at the bars or be as social as before. They seem edgy and less mature now. The sense of community seems much less.
