Thankfully we live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty and it is up to the prosecutor to prove that you actually did what you are accused of. The prosecutor has the burden of proof. All you have to do is tell the truth. Just listen to your attorney and follow his instructions and you should be fine. Best wishes!

First, I would hire a GOOD lawyer. He should get some character witnesses. People that have known you for a long time. People that can be trusted to tell the truth. He should also get character witnesses to use against the accusers. If they did this to you they've probably done it to someone else. Don't sit idle...........

I'd be worried until the trial is over, but I don't see how they're going get away with it. Your lawyer will ask them specific questions about the gun that they are not going to be able to answer. Also, judges are keen on finding loop holes in people's stories. They've heard it all. Good luck to you!

Oh Krazy keith,... Your subtle humor and dry wit is sooo sexy, I must have you! Pucker up.

*THUMP*
. . . . . . . . . *SMACK*

While Krazy keith counts the heart shaped birdies circling overhead, lets watch the slo-mo replay;
Krazy keith, expecting a box of chocolates and dozen roses is surprised by a left handed thrust to the mid section knocking the wind out of him, “Oomph!”
Before he knows what happening, a right handed round-house chop follows quickly to pulp his lip.

Maybe Krazy keith will choose a best answer now that he’s got a little sense beat into him?

First and foremost, it should NOT be up to a judge... Plead NOT GUILTY TRIAL BY JURY.... If your atty is trying to convince you otherwise FIRE HIM.... Any good atty can weed the truth from those presenting false witness against you.... The JURY won't beleive their lie if the case is presented right...
