If you were ordered to appear in court for a certain day, would that not be sent by a courier system, or police officer to ensure you get the date and that you sign for it?
That is the procedure for here, that way it is ensured there is no confusion of the date,,,IE to say..i did not get a notice stating a date.
If you do not have that system, then yes..tell the judge what happened..or call laywer in case you need. if you didn't get a notice in the mail, you should not be accountable for not showing up.

sorry dummie but you got the papers in the mail.maybe you didnot see it or threw it away but it was mailed .the judge will not believe you anyway .just be a man when you get there and go to jail where you belong .if it was a probation thing you new about it just go to jail. try to pay attention when you get out so this doesnt happen again.good luck remember to squeeze tight .lol

courts do not always send papers. it is your responsibility to know your court date. go to the court and see what the judge says
most likely if it was just a check up that you missed then he will just reinstate it and remove the warrant

Forget the spelling and go get an attorney or at least talk to one on the telephone.

Maybe the court has a mediator you can speak with first.

Get on it. Don't let more time lapse.

go to the court house early and check in probation and he/she will put you in for first call to see the judge and just explain it to the judge. but if you drive and get pulled over you will go to jail and hope that it's not on weekened, it happened to my son on a week night but, he got out on a 40 dollar bail that night and court the next day.

I would contact the court in person and explain things. Otherwise ,if arrested and booked , yoou won't talk to him for 30 days.

dude tell the judge just that. Also, they are going to ask you to confirm you mailing address. And, if they have your rigth address, you better have a good reason why you weren't home to get the papers.
