Really depends on the situation and the State you are in. You could get 25 to life. But probably not, get a good lawyer if you can afford it. Hope for prison overcrowding, and with any luck you shouldn't do too much time.
By the way if you were arrested the second time, why are you not in jail? Did you get bail?
Depending on your age and other priors plus how much and what drugs you had in your possession, you could get time served and Probation

Most likely a moderate amount of jail time, unlikely you'll go to prison.
