The best way to determine if you have a warrant out for your arrest is to go to your local district court and ask the clerk of courts. They should be able to tell you. Make sure you provide them with proper I.D. especially one with a picture and current address. Don't go to the police. In most states they are not allowed to give out that information to the general public.
