court meaning for a class in?????

i was wondering when someone gets arrested they have it shorted a third degree felony is abbrevated to 3F what would IN be?

Either Infraction or Immigration and Naturalization. If it's in the same place as "3F" then it's the degree or seriousness of the offense and it's most likely Infraction.
