this guy that made the report hates me and said he would get me,so he got his girlfreind to say she saw me bradish a gun at her boyfreind,now im facing felony charges for it,i never threatend of even showed him my gun

Well, it's a "she said/ he said" situation with absolutely no independent, uninvolved party to back either side. The police are used to dealing with situations like this, and if there is nothing on record about you having ever done something of this kind before, and you have never before been involved with any gun-related incident, then there will be insufficient grounds to make a charge stick. You have to realise that the police deal with these situations all the time, and they get really good at determining who is telling the truth. If you ARE indeed innocent of this, I wouldn't worry about it. The police will probably warn you to be very cautious in future about getting into any confrontational situations with this particular person, and that will be the end of it. And, of course, I hope you have a license for that gun of yours, or you're toast.

How big is your gun?In the big picture if your innocent you have nothing to worry about,mind you I hope you have money.But most likely your not a great upstanding citizen so we'll hear from you after you get out of Browntown.

do you own a gun? has he threatend you? if he has press charges? was anyone with you when said brandishing occured?

Get a lawyer. Is there witnesses who heard him he was going to get you - isn't that suppose to be a threat too? Can't you charge him too for threatening you? Who heard him say he was going to get you? witnessess??
