I was intentionally sent the trojan virus today. Can a person be charged and arrested for this? This person that sent it is in violation of a no contact order, so he is going to jail anyways,
( original charges are sex assult 4th, risk to minor, 10 counts each ) but was wondering if this would be an additional charge, along with the violation.. Im not calling the police until Tuesday, its Christmas Eve and I refuse to let him ruin our Christmas. " Him " is also my " father "...was... Thank you for response if you happen to know... Happy Holidays.

if someone takes a Fake ID i.e. bouncer or someone at a place where alcohol is served, that doesnt have your real name on it and hand it to the police, how would they trace is back to me? the reason im asking is im considering getting a fake ID but with a different name and trying to figure out how i could ever get in trouble unless a cop stopped me and took it and got my real information then and there

AND by the law, do bouncers have the right to confiscate IDs and to make you wait with them for the cops?

The average pedophile will VICTIMIZE 244 CHILDREN in their lifetime, according to the Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund, a child advocacy group working to prevent child abuse and neglect.

The average amount of time behind bars is 6 MONTHS!!

Bet if they robbed a bank 244 times they'd do more time.

my husband was last night, but he hadn't had a drink thankfully.
the police officer said it was because his car was parked in a side road next to a pub, the only thing is that it is the parking space outside his mates house !!!!
thank god he has the sense not to drink and drive.

Do all officers of the law agree with everything that the president does or will you get in trouble if you voice a opinion that's not the same as the government. (ex. the War.) Just asking because I always wondered how that worked, especially because you guys are supposed to work hand in hand, right?

They have him encased in a clear, almost invisable box in their front yard that is covered in a sticky substance that works like super glue.
He was put there this morning and there are already about six people stuck to it.
Someone managed to break part of the case off enough that you could reach your hand through, and they all tried to stick their hand through at once and that's where most of the people are stuck. One has his hand stuck in the case (its all bloody too), and two others are stuck to the case next to him.
Could this be a police set up?

Pittsburgh, PA:

Am I missing something? Is there a voluntary police department? Don't the taxes pay for the police force?

Where does all of the money from drug busts go? And those tickets?

I just saw on the news (last month), that the local police found 2.5 million dollars in drug CASH, at an apartment, and they said it would go toward improving the police department and associated doings.

What is this money for that they call us on the phone and beg for a donation? Their fraternal fund, so they can have Christmas parties? I belong to a union too, but don't ask for money. We get what we earn, and there isn't enough for retirement or other expenses, we have to "eat it ourselves".

I just had a similar phone call 2 days ago, from the narcotics department. They wanted donations too. Surely they drug money from busts... ...right?

One guy who called, in November, said 'F-U' to my wife and hung the phone up, after she refused to donate. She told him 3 time, "no".

...he claimed he was attacked while walking across a park, and his hair was cut off. Sikhs from all over the world condemned this "racist attack" and there was at least one rally in his support. Turns out he was having trouble trying to balance his Sikh traditions and his Scottish way of life, and wanted to cut his hair short, so he punched himself in the face and cut his own hair off, then reported he'd been the victim of a racial assault. He isn't being prosecuted for wasting police time. In the current climate of heightened racial tensions in some areas, do you think it was right for him to be let off? Luckily, unlike certain other ethnic groups, Sikhs don't seem to kick off at the slightest percieved provocation, but this could easily have escalated into violent demonstrations or worse.
