Police are called to a house in Newark New Jersey to search a house for a missing 7 year old girl. the family who lives in this home has a Mother with no criminal history, a Father with few 1 arrest on his record for domestic violence and a 13 year old boy who is mentally retarted. the boy plays with his toys and carries them through the house in a black garbage bag. the police search the house and find nothing. some time later the family say they smell something horrible in their basement. the police go and they find the body of a 7 year old girl rotting. who did it? I think the boy did something but not on purpose. You really don't give enough information to solve this.

I will guess that the father did it, the mother might have knew something was up but was afraid to do anything because of the past of domestic abuse, and they made the son dispose of his sister's body because they knew that no court would ever make a mentally handicapped boy go to jail. Am I right?
