In Illinois, SOS generated an I.D. file for "Santa Clause"...he's listed at 5'00" / 300 lbs w/ wht hair and blue eyes showing a "winter wonderland" address (I can't remember the D.O.B). Do other states have this fictional file as well ? I'm gonna print it so I can show my kids when they start having doubts about him. Christmas is more fun when kids still believe.

Huh... I guess I covered everything in the main question. Does anyone know this, or how to get this infomation? How much ground is a single patrol car supposed to cover? (PDs can't take specific inquiries from students or anything, so...). Or what should the ratio between police cars and total number of police officers in a department be? (Again, I mean ideally, regardless of crime rate or actual population) Thank you very much!

IF someone writes a letter to the governor including notes from some of the well known poeople from his county indicating what he represents as a person. do u think the governor will take this under consideration to pardon his first offence criminal record. is a misdemenor and he was only 20 at the time........got accepted to NYU and doesnt want to be stigmatized for life......

Please can some one help me. Hi, I'm not sure what's going on here. But I applied for a payday loan with these people on 12/20/06. I sent all my info. The next day on 12/21/06, I received a phone call from them and they wanted to make sure everything was for real, so we called the bank on three-way, and he confirmed my house address. I was supposed to recieve my pay day loan yesterday and I never got it. Also, there only a 866 number where you cannot get a person just a recording. Now these people have my info. they're are part of MTE Financial. I've read a lot of bad things about them now on scam's. Now I'm afraid that try to take money out of my account and I never received the loan. I need a telephone number to reach them with a real person

Now I know Im gonna get slammed for this but isn't this entrapment? I know what these guys are doing is not cool but I dont see how they can arrest just for intent.I intend to rob a bank but they cant arrest me for just that alone.Also isnt this just a feel good kind of law where no one objects because of the crime?Whats next setting up drug dealers,drunk drivers,jaywalkers?This should not be allowed!It will only lead to less and less freedoms in this already deteriorating country...

im almost 17 yrs old and i got a speeding ticket last night. i was in the city going 30 on a 25. and i got a civil infraction. my parents will flip when i tell them, and will take my car away for awhile, any advice or any serious suggestions on how to tell them, what to do , etc. and advice would be greatly helpful. thanks

Seriously. If a menorrah was damaged, or a gay pride store spray painted with heterosexual messages, or a Muslim temple defiled it would be considered a hate crime. Yet if a baby Jesus is stolen from a manger scene or a statue of Jesus is defiled with satanic messages, the perpetrators are called vandals. Why aren't these called hate crimes? If someone spray paints a swastika on a synagogue door, that is a hate crime. If someone paints 'homosexuality is a sin' on a gay store, that is a hate crime. So why, when satanic messages are painted on a statue of Jesus (happened in San Diego), is it just considered vandalism? Is it just not possible to hate Christians?

I mean if they wanted to stop speeding couldnt they make cars only go about 80mph? there must be a way to stop speeding or other lame traffic infractions ive been to taffic court twice its always packed I asked the clerk is it always like this she said everyday. If someone was not charged/convicted for a violent crime committed before he or she was an adult, Is he or she qualified to serve in Law Enforcement if he or she answers "yes" to doing so during a polygraph?

(he or she has not been convicted of any felony, and did not commit any criminal activity as an adult)
