I reside in tempe Az. Yes it is illegal here. Check title 28 article 10. Let me guess you are an ASU student who got a ticket for jaywalking on university, rural or mill right?

Jaywalking or a similar worded law (for the safety of citizens) is illegal in most cities of any good size. To be sure you need to contact the city prosecutor's office.

It is illegal and also inforced.. I speak from expierence, I live in Phoenix. I got a ticket for $25

that is terrible for a Pastor,particular happy he isn't my Pastor.does not he understand hate is incorrect.i purely can't have self assurance what i'm analyzing.Praying for the demise of Obama,that Pastor is unwell and has no business employer being a Pastor as he's so noted as.No way could I ever bypass to that church.

Jaywalking is illegal all over the U.S., but it is not actively enforced. Police do it also.
