I accumulated quite a bit of speeding tickets last summer. They eventually caught up with me and not even a driver retraining program could expongue them so i got a letter saying my MA license was going to be suspened for 60 days... i have a residence in FL so before my license was to be suspended in MA i quickly got a FL driver license. i came back up to MA and was pulled over... They didnt know what to make of the situation so they wrote me a ticket for "Unlicensed OP of a vehicle". Its a criminal offense and apparently i have to show up in court... What will happen?

put me in cuffs and took me to a holding cell and then before a judge for a hearing date, shouldnt the police have read me my rights after discovering the warrent and cuffing me? they didn't.

I'm about to separate from the military and i have long had an intrest in law enforcement. I would like to know what I need to do to make the hiring board look at my package and say "this is who we need on our team". Any input from officers both active and retired would be greatly appreciated.

he came up on the car from behinde went down the street turned around and came back...another one of his friends aproached him in another car he pulled up next to his friend there was a mustang half in the road half off the road my son was blocking a driveway a car approached him in the front so he had to back up to let the car pull in the driveway when he did he accidentally back into the car that was parked half on the road and half on the grass who's at fault.the officer said both was...but didn't give a tickett there was a wirness to what happen before the police got there the boi with the car in the street half n half moved his car...so the police man said they were both at fault and no tickets were issues and he just wrote a report...so who at fault my son for backing up or the boi that was parked in the road way.

my old landlord has accused me of stealing a dishwasher when we moved out, the thing is we moved out in mid september and she only just filed a complaint with the police this month. the police have spoken to us and searched our new place as i know they have to do, but can i be charged with no actual proof or evidence that i did it? (and just for the record i didnt take it)
