~You can be sure the judges will be aware of what you've done. I'm sure they won't be happy about it either. You didn't say how many speeding tickets you got. They'll probably appoint you an attorney if you can't afford one.
I doubt you'll spend any time in jail either. You'll get to pay your tickets, court costs, attorney fee's, fined, probation and maybe some Community Service. While on probation, DON'T DRIVE!
Good Luck & Merry Christmas~

First of all you knew it was going to be suspended and yet you went and got another license, even though its from another state.
When you got stopped, the cops should have known what to do. Most states belong to an agreement called "the Recipication Act. Basically it says that should an individual have his license suspended in that state then the state that he was driving in or had a license is not valid. So the state that you were stopped in should have put you in jail for driving on a suspended license(MA) and confiscated your FL and sent it back to them, with a ccancellation of your FL. license. And in some states, the Operating of a moror vehicle without a license is the way to go. You don't have a valid license. As for what will happen? You will be fined, maybe jail time(but I doubt it) and no license for a time determained by the courts.

Hire a Massachusetts traffic attorney. It may cost a few hundred dollars but he should be able to convince the judge that you believed you were driving on a valid license. The second advantage of hiring an attorney is that those cases are heard first. The citizens who plead not guilty arrive at 8 am and their case is heard at about 2:30 pm...or so I've heard.

This is exactly why, I say America is in deep trouble. Due to the fact that millions of GEMS ( Government Educated Morons) have no clue, no desire, no hope of ever standing their ground. Example, what law was broken here? There is a difference between America and The UNited States Inc. The USA was Incorporated in 1871, there is also a complete difference between Law an Statues as there is a vast difference between light an dark. Add to this, all cops regardless to the jurisdiction are officers of the Court, the Courts are a foreign agent, based in London England. This includes all members of the B.A.R.. I should add there is also difference between a Lawyer and a Attorney, Attorney, means to "To Turn Over" i.e. money etc... this includes people and all they have, namely freedom, liberty and justice. This is one of the main reasons government demands education, with the use of government education Americans are easily controlled and dumbed down, so they can't fight against government. So far it's worked very well. Hasn't it?

1st offense? Probably probation. It is a misdemeanor.
The bad part is, they could send your info to FL, and you might get charged with perjury for obtaining that FL license knowing that your MA license was about to get suspended. Or they might just suspend both drivers licenses for one year.

He gets to go returned to reformatory and finding on the circumstances you would be going with him. he's no longer approved to function a motor vehicle. he's definitely being prohibited from this through the courts. In different words that's a criminal offense FOR HIM TO tension and you're helping HIM IN BREAKING THAT regulation. "i won't be able to declare no to him" can't upward thrust up in a courtroom of regulation.
