You can get done off the police at the age of 10 years old.

You can be arrested from the age of 10 if you commit an offence that carries a right of arrest (some offences require you to be reported).

Depending on the offence, if you were to be detained it would be in a Young Offenders Institution until age 18 then a prison after that.

they reckon you have to be over 10 to be considered that you no your own actions so you can be prosecuted at court at 10 and placed in a young offenders institute but under ten you are classed as not noing the diff between right and wrong....i totally disagree a couple of years ago in Leicester a boy burnt down bnq and he was not charged cause it was the day before his tenth bday how stupid cause they have to take in the time you committed the offence not the time of capture x

In the UK - 10 is the age of legal responsibility. So, you could, in theory get "done" from that age on.

Anyone can be arrested for committing a crime regardless of age, but in Australia your record is cleared when you turn 18.

i think you have to be atleast 14 to get the minimum of a caution, and you can go tpo prison at 16!! but prison would be a childrens prison, nothing like adult prison,
