I was in trouble 6 yrs ago in Fl. and kept getting into trouble. I moved far up to NH to take a break and never went back. I have since fixed my legal problems and got straight for the 1st time in 10 yrs by myself. It was the people i hung out with, the place and all the stuff that sucked me in to a destructive life. My advise, get out!!!! You are worth it!

I think the majority here have been less than specific. It is true that a change of scenery, by itself, does not change you. You will still be susceptible to all the usual temptations. That is what you must change. You must become strong enough to withstand the temptations that put you in legal trouble.
Now, that does not mean that a change of city is a bad thing. It is easy to say that you must stop hanging out with the wrong crowd, but much harder to do in practice. But if you do move to another city, what sort of support network are you going to have? If you go to a strange place it will be very easy to fall in with the sort of people you know - the sort who have gotten you into trouble in the first place.
I do not know if your problems stem from something which AA/NA could assist you with and it is not my business to know. But if that is the case, there is your support network. Only you can make the first step and only you can make the commitment.
If you do resolve to change your life for the better, I wish you the strength to see it through. Good luck.

You'd better get your "Big Time Legal Trouble" taken care of first. Moving to another city will only delay the time that you are caught and sent back the the city that you had your trouble.
Once you have your troubles taken care of, then move, get a fresh start and enjoy life

No, because the same "you" will be in the new city. Correct the problem and stop getting into trouble! Different city, same problem!

NO,if you keep on doing what you are doing you can not run from it, it will catch up with you.and what a person does or says builds up there character and other people see that character and judges them for it , and makes your life a very negative outlook, and it is very hard to change your character, you can change a lot of things but your character stays the same, just ask the people.

No, if you are looking for trouble, trouble will always find you. Instead the problem lye's within you. Try changing who you hang out with.

I think the change you need has to come from within. Start with getting a new screen name that doesn't make you live up to its connotation.
Then go to a counselor or your pastor and get started on changing what needs to be changed.
Good Luck

Probably not. You need to learn to make better decisions. Moving won't help. You need an attitude adjustment.

Not unless it is your associates in your current location that exert an inordinate influence over you to break the law.

Running easy from your problems doesn't solve anything. Dealing with them is a sign of great maturity.
