I'm 19, I was driving under the influence, and someone pulled out in front of my without looking. Now I have a OUI and Driving to endanger charge to deal with. What should I know. Sentancing, should I challenge the driving to endanger because the other drive backed out into my lane (although she denies it). The other driver was 16, with little driving experience.

What kind of court fees and fines am I looking at. What is my best course of action. Anything

Call me codependent, but i myself value politeness to and from all people, even to cops. I call them for a simple question about a license renewal and I get a sarcastic response. A Michigan judge agreed with me in a recent discussion. Why would someone continue in a profession that doesn't even pay that well if it makes him/her miserable?

I got pulled over with no probable cause. Two days ago I was at my moms house and the dog got out. So she asked me to see if I could try to catch him. So stupid me gets in HER car and go around the block two times. Well the police see me do this and pull me over needless to say my license is suspended. But the only ticket I get is for driving with suspended license. The officer even said he did not know what i was doing thats why he pulled me over. can he do this? The car plates come back to my mother, Not speeding, Just driving. And no I do not drive I would like my license back A.S.A.P

Are the security forces (Army, Navy, Air Force & Mirines etc) and Police permitted to carry out murders, rapes, disappearences on their own. If not, to whom need to be notified to take action. Of cause powerless civilians always go to the places of worship to complain. Can someone clarify this for me?

Should I stay with Sheriff's Department working Detentions which I hate, but have ample opportunities to transfer to other divisions in a few years, or transfer to small ski resort police department where I can work patrol which I love, but have very limited opportunities within the department?

sorry aBOUT my spelling. anyway, I was charged with a class 4 felony for burglery when I was a juvenile in Arizona. I was 16 years old. I got probation and community service for it. I want to join a police department some day and I was adviswed that if I write a letter to the juvenile courts explaining my current situation, that they could bump down my felony charge, to a mistameaner. is this true?

I love to watch Nancy Drew, dick Tracy, Veronica Mars, Marco P.I., and Dog the Bounty Hunter. I have been trying to get a job but due to my age and having to be at prep school all the time it makes it difficult to work during the week. I have been investigating deferent agency’s in northwest Indiana and Chicago Land but have come up with nothing. At school I am know as the person who always finds the truth and very reliable. Finished all of community service hours; attended programs court said were mandatory; has not violated any probation rules but IS behind on monthly restitution. Can probation be revoked if he is sending something in every month and trying??? I don't see how this would benefit the court if he's arrested for THAT. How the devil would that be beneficial if then zero money is being sent in??
