try contacting the county sheriff's office for the county which they reside.

Court and police records will show if a minor has committed a sexual offense.

As a minor, their criminal record will be sealed. However, there are a few ways around that. If they were tried as an adult, then you can see it. If they are required to report as a registered sex offender, then you can see limited information on the age of the victim, the sex of the victim etc.....

All minor's records are suspost to be closed and no one is suspost to be able to get into them unless you know a dirty police office then he can get it for you.
