Will depend on the state and the extent of what they have been found guilty of in the past. Many DUI Manslaughters, get 1 yr suspended license/ community service and maybe a little time in jail, dependant on the state on the circumstances. If they already have had a history of charges, and found guilty of any and now this, then it is likely a more lengthy jail time, fine, etc will be imposed.
