I do not know if you mean a ticket or an arrest affidavit. In Florida, if you were stalking someone it is a criminal offense. Depending on the severity of the situation it is a misdemeanor or felony. The person being stalked could also obtain a court order document of protection. If you are caught with that order of protection, you will also be arrested.
A ticket is for a civil or traffic infraction.

You can get in more trouble than just a ticket. You can get serious time for that. And it also could lead you into doing something you normally wouldn't do. Most people who stalk have more serious intention then just to scare. If i was you i would just drop whatever you thinking about before you get yourself into trouble.

The person could request and obtain a restraining order against you and if you violate that order, you will be arrested.
