Yes, I was pulled over for speeding while driving through Texas. I told them where I was from and where I was headed. After consenting to a search (They had no reason to but asked me anyways), they found my .22 handgun and booked me for possession. I did 3 days in jail: 1 day longer than they legally should have. After inquiring about the law with an attorney, I found out that it's legal to drive with a gun as long as your driving across county lines on a road trip. I simply wrote a letter the the DA pointing this law out and they dropped the charge. A case of law enforcers not knowing the law.

I personally have spent some time in jail for what I consider trivial things. To beat a person senseless as I see it was doing him a favor.He learned a new thing. never put you hands on a mans sister...

Yes, I did. I did approx 8months, adding up together times in jail:7). My ex set me up iCalifornia. Once the system gets you, jt's hard to get out. She took full advantage of the situation. Ah well.....We live and hopely learn.

sort of but not exactly... they weren't my drugs but I knew they were in my motel room... it's all good now... thanks to getting busted I now have 2 years clean. Wouldn't change it for anything
