deadbeat father didnt appear in last child support case,and got a warrant. they found him and got him but after 15 years he barely started to pay. no bond because its a child support warrant but will i receive anything now?

Ok, so my now ex boyfriend left me stranded in STL, which is 3hours away from my home, bc i wouldnt give him oral sex. Im 18, but my parents would freak if they knew i was still seeing this boy. I still live at home until college. Anyways, i cant get to the police station without them knowing, and getting caught and having to explain. Is there any way i can just file one over the internet? I guess i could try a phone call too?

I was against the death penalty because it seemed inhuman but in recent years i've changed my mind,especially for child killers because we need to stop these monsters from hurting our children and this can be done by removing them from society for good !

My car broke down, and while I was waiting for a tow a cop on patrol pulled up and gave me a DUI in Pennsylvania, and they threw the book at me....
No License for 30 Days, I can't drink at all & I have a curfew for 1 year. On top of the $1500 in fines, and two days out of work for court.
Come on man I only blew a 0.143 BAC...

They should be rounded up and put in jail! But instead their being given jobs and allowed to run loose. There's even a bank that allows them to open accounts. Where is our sense of national security?

I was in a hit and run accident. I was injured as I had glass cuts and glass in my head. I had tequilla (unopend) on my way back from store going to make margaritas that night. I was in shock and not sure how injured I was I opened the bottle and took a few gulps. An ambulance and a police officer arrived and I told them the truth. the officer asked me a few Q and the took me to the hospital. No breath test or sobriety test gived. The officer came to the hosp and gave me a ticket and told me I had to take a blood test. I was not taken in of fingerprinted nothing. I think there is something wrong with this. I cant hire an attorney my BAC was on the report as .13 Shame on me! but I was truthfull. what to do?

i cant stand them. Everything about them annoys me.

the cops have been to my job,, my home, 4 times in one week. my son has been living with his dad for the last 4years in another state. he was just down visiting and we argued, he left a week prior to this event. the cops keep trying to accuse me of using narcotics, searching my purse, asking "how many meds do u take?" wich has nothing to do with finding and arresting my son. i feel they are harrassing me and have no legal grounds to invite themselves into my home and search my belongings without a warrant. please advise. thanks,

Given that racial disharmony and ethnic conflict have been responsible for ten of millions of deaths in the last hundred years, espousing these views is as dangerous as waving a gun around. Maybe they should be treated the same way? And no "free speech" talk, please. People don't want freedom from the state, they want protection.
