the police sell them back to their imformants who sell them to drug users who are then busted for possesion w/ intent to distribute. the police and prosecuters lie cheat steal trample the constitution, they would like nothing better than to have everybody felony convictions. this gives the government more control over the public and the ability to send more money to israel to enable them to continue their terroist activities against there neighbors, who dont get the same funding and have to fight back mostly with rocks.

They are ususally only kept for evidence. When court date is over, they are ususally destroyed. Photos are usually kept of them for any futher reference.

Drugs like marijuana are burned after they are used for evidence as far as other drugs, I am not sure.
