Last Sunday, I got into a fight with one of my grilfriend's friend. What happened is I was arguing with my girlfriend because she was lying to me. At that time, she is at her co-worker's birthday party. She know that her co-worker like her and want her to go out with him. I was mad at that time, so I called and I start to arguing with my girlfriend. I think her co-wiorker saw that she was crying because of me. By the time I pick up her, her co-worker was in front of the house, I saw him walk to my car, so I lower down the window. Then he start to punching me in the car thru the window. I am not hitting him back at all. My blood is all over my body, my girlfriend and her friend were there and saw what happen. I also has a cut on my eyebrown. I just went to see a doctor on Moday and got 5 stitches. What should I do? Should I file a police report?

the problem is: i'm on their insurance.

so this is preferably w/o getting a ticket at all. but then if i do get a ticket, how can i get rid of it before they find out? if i motion to have the cop's radar gun checked and it's past its service, will my ticket be dropped immediately or will it not be done in time? i believe my mom pays our insurance every 6 months, does that sound right...?

and don't even say "DON'T SPEED" cause i still am.

My nephew was killed by someone right behind his house.The person ran him down and backed up over him and left. I and the police have been questioning people, but no one knows what happen. But the guy that was with him said he saw him get into the car. This guy told my sister-law what happen,but she isn't talking to the police. If she does know the truth can she get on trouble for holding it?

i was given a court date for the above.some friends were stopped by police after fooling around in a parking lot and they called me telling me to come back because i was also in the parking lot (fooling around i guess) and the police wanted to question me.i didnt belive them ofcourse because my friends always pull that kind of stuff.i eventually decided to drive by (just to make sure) and all i saw was a red van parked next to my friends car.i didnt think it was a cop so i didnt stop.then i get a call telling me to come back from another friend who also says police are there.so i went back again and thats when i saw the police car so i went to them.i stepped out of the car to see what was going on and was immediately yelled at by 2 people in plain clothes who told me to get up against the car and searched me.the first thing that was said to me was "what the _ is your problem?!" i wasnt even shown a badge, how could i tell they were cops? i cant say i disobeyed an officers signal

It may sound odd, but I think it should be. I personally watch the show weekly because I think that the scum bags on the show NEED to be caught. I don't watch the show because of any entertainment value. Consider how much safer America would be if everyone and I mean EVERYONE had an idea of who they need to look out for. I say publicly mandate it. I don't want to hear about the "Free Country" reasoning either.

When people are tazered and die everyone always says they were on drugs. Is it now ok to use a device that kills people on drugs or with heart trouble. People are being tazered for just trying to walk away from police. Very many of the people who have died were unarmed. I think if a person pulled a gun or something like that on the police they have a right to shoot them with a regular gun, but this tazer thing is just cruel and being used when a person does not comply with verbal commands.before people put stupid answers and jokes on here think about if it were a person you loved died in alful pain from being tazered
