Please describe your training. Did it follow a specific program, or did someone just show you the ropes?

When I first started it was on the job training, but now the training programs are much better. It is a very positive experience for me to be able to make a difference. The training allows me to do it better. Have been doing it for 6 years now and I can't imagine doing anything else
