Last Sunday, I got into a fight with one of my grilfriend's friend. What happened is I was arguing with my girlfriend because she was lying to me. At that time, she is at her co-worker's birthday party. She know that her co-worker like her and want her to go out with him. I was mad at that time, so I called and I start to arguing with my girlfriend. I think her co-wiorker saw that she was crying because of me. By the time I pick up her, her co-worker was in front of the house, I saw him walk to my car, so I lower down the window. Then he start to punching me in the car thru the window. I am not hitting him back at all. My blood is all over my body, my girlfriend and her friend were there and saw what happen. I also has a cut on my eyebrown. I just went to see a doctor on Moday and got 5 stitches. What should I do? Should I file a police report?

I'm surprised that you were able to get a doctor to put stitches in a day after the fight. Reason being is a day later the cut has actually started to heal and has for the most part CLOSED up. So unless the cut is really bad doctors as a rule won't stitch the day after. BUT if it did happen the way you said then yes a police report should have been made. BUT NOT after the fact. It should have been made right then and there. Like that night. But because you have waited I would say chalk it up. WHERE does your girlfriend stand on this.?

Yes, definitely! Get your girlfriend and her friend to come and file statements with the police at the same time! Otherwise, the police might take a while to ask them to make statements, and then the criminal case against this guy might be thrown out of court because of that.

Of course! If that's the way you say it happened go and report him to the police and get him arrested. That's the problem with the world, bad people attacking other people for no reason. Get him busted! It will teach him a lesson he needs to learn! You just can't go aroung assaulting people for nothing! GO TO THE COPS!

YES!! Absolutely go directly to the police and report the incident! Get a copy of your medical visit as well so you can have everything together. Don't wait, go right away!
