I went to get my mail the other day and I noticed that all of the letters in my name were on the top along with a business card for a private investigator. One of my letters looked like someone had tried (or was going to) open it. Shortly after (the next day) I got a call on my cell phone with no number or name on the caller id by a man claiming to be an old friend. I said he had the wrong # and hung up. I don't like the feeling of being watched and do not like feeling like my mail was tampered with. What action, if any could I take?

In NJ's town of Hillsdale, average is a six figure ($110,000 - 141,000). Check Bergen Record last Thursday's edition.
Is that too much, just right, too little?

This girl meets a guy who lives in another state. They date as he makes plenty of trips to see her in her state. They hit it off after a year and she feels confident enough to move in his home because he asked her to and told her he wants to build a future with her.
Then after a year the relationship starts to go bad because he turns into this complete jerk and wants to control her and even though she was good to him and tryed the best she could to make him happy, he calls the police to escort her out of his home where she doesn't know anyone, has no place to go and may possibly be in danger of her life because the area is known for crimes.
Would the police protect her til her family comes for her or will they say it's out of there hands? Would this be considered illegal that this guy is putting her life in danger since he made her promises and then just threw her out knowing she could die?

I've heard of them and recently gotten two. They claim someone with your last name had died and has no heirs. There are several versions of this letter, but in the last, bank president/criminal asked that I use his "personal" email address:

terry_emoore55@yahoo.com

Since it's a yahoo address I thought I'd include it.

I went to my husbands apt to talk to him and found him heading into the apt with his mistress. He pushed me toward the car and told me to leave this was his place and I was not invited. He turned to tell her something and then turned to come toward me so I kneed him ...un know where and he told her (from the ground) to call the cops and have me arrested. If I felt he was a threat can they still arrest me and can a reverse the charges if I am arrested?

When turning in regular city traffic, the blinker goes off automatically after the turn is made. But sometimes, on the highway, after changing lanes, I forget to turn off the blinker. I don't notice it until I go to exit, and when I turn on the right signal, I realize I never turned off the left signal. I haven't been ticketed so far, but I was wondering if, in the state of Texas, there was a law about this.

my opinion --> prisoners should not just linger in their prisons, they should be productive and pay their debt to society in manners of labor. they should labor for constructions of infrastructures and propagation of agriculture. they should be bound in the neck with electronic shock devices that would not let them wander off from a designated grid. we should not be appalled by this, because it is their undoing in the first place. by using them as laborers we can strengthen man-power and progress government projects. of course, they are paid in minimum wage for their efforts. their earned money will be used to buy food inside the prison (food will no longer be provided by the state but is commercialized) , they can also buy commodities but, of course, regulated goods only.

this case will only be applied to the convicted of non-heinous crimes. but for murderers - a life for a life taken!
