It doesn't matter what's happened to others in this situation. It's all how the PO feels at the time of the meeting. If the PO is in a bad mood he'll probably violate him, if he's in a good mood he may let him stay out until he goes to court. Hope the PO's in a good mood.

The same exact thing happened to my bf a few weeks ago....it happened in a diff county though...his po doesn't know yet. But my best advice is for your man to be straight forward and honest with his po and tell him about it because if his po finds out from somewhere else besides your man it probably will makes things worse for your man. Best wishes!

properly, on account that his offense is clone of vandalism he gained't might want to do too a lot, I imagine. he will probable might want to do community service hours, it ranges. probable about 40 hours. He may even might want to write an apology letter to the persons who, and pay them decrease back for the damages. Probation is a way for the courts to save an eye fixed on him, and make certain he's not any longer doing something else stupid. And if he does, he will be in extra hardship. truly, he might want to verify in at the same time with his probation officer, kinda like a counselor yet they have a range of of skill and say to once you get off probation. He ought to have random drug checks, or drug counseling if its seen in good structure.

he should call his po TODAY and let them know what happened. your bf should bring the appearance ticket with him to the meeting and be honest about it. the po will notify the judge and they will discuss if the po will issue a violation. if it's his first violation, he's prob ok.

If your boyfriend is up to date on his fines, always shows up to p.o. on time, in other words, if he follows the book. Tell him to be honest, to explain his side of the story. P.O. will have to revise the case with the municipal court. Then they have the right for an extension or a slap in the hand (community service). No Revoke.... He'll be alright.

I'm pretty sure they wait to see if he is guilty, But you never know with the way the justice system is now. He may get the death penalty before he even goes to court.

The PO will probably take him into custody and may revoke him. It depends on many variables.

Depends on the terms of his parole. He should have copies of all the paperwork. Encourage him to make wiser choices. Peace.
