The ambulances coming around our streets can reduce the Violent Crimes?

What are you asking exactly? is it why is it cheaper to get 10 ambulance driver, or why is a chief more expensive than a chief? When you decide repost and maybe we can use small enough words to explain it to you. Until then I'll take my 2 points. thank you

You might really need a chief to orchestrate things.You could not have a fire department without a chief.There would have to be an actual need for ambulances.It doesn't seem to me to a case of one or the other.
