Call the local number to facilities, they can give out info if that person was picked up, but will not tell you for what.

Call the local police departments and sheriff's offices to report a missing person. If he's in custody, they'll usually let you know, but it depends on who you're talking to, criminals, for some reason, have rights to privacy and crap.
