If that is the case can the world be a part of the electorate? I would like to be a voter if the president is making decisions for the world and it wouldn't be democracy if the people of the world can't vote even if decisions are made with no regard for the world. why is that.

The Supreme Court has also held that individuals in automobiles have a reduced expectation of privacy, because vehicles generally do not serve as residences or repositories of personal effects. Vehicles may not be randomly stopped and searched; there must be probable cause or reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Items in "plain view" may be seized; areas that could potentially hide weapons may also be searched. With probable cause, police officers may search any area in the vehicle. They may not, however, extend the search to the vehicle's passengers without probable cause to search those passengers.

Okay so I've finally had enough. Something needs to be done. Sexual assault is rampant and the offenders get away practically free for their crimes. Please, I only ask that you read my petition at http://www.petitiononline.com/60364243/petition.html and sign if you agree. I think something needs to be done. How about you?

I'm really torn about this. My Uncle Wayne is using illegals to build his new deck and for some extensive landscaping. He says he's saving money on labor, but I don't like it because my cousin Rick is in landscaping and could use the money to buy a car. My uncle didn't want to pay my cousin. Now I know why. So, should I turn in my uncle for using illegals? Or, should I mind my own business?

If just one drug was going to be illegal, what one would you chose it to be?

The fire dept. can hide behind a clause called "special relationship" which means they do not have to rescue you or even use fire equipment that taxes pay for. The same with the police dept. They do not have to look for a person that is missing and of age and you have no recourse for either. Check out Coyne vs. City of Utica, missing 2001. Mothers beware, the fire stickers mean nothing. Anyone interested use email.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A prison inmate pleaded guilty on Tuesday to sending letters to the FBI and secret service that included bomb and anthrax threats -- as well as his full name and inmate number.

Donald Ray Bilby, 30, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Trenton to one count of false information and hoaxes after he sent five letters demanding authorities deposit $20,000 in his county jail inmate account because he needed money for bail, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

"I think it's fair to say we were not dealing with a great criminal mind here," U.S. Attorney Christopher Christie said in a statement.

Bilby signed all the letters using his full name and inserted his inmate number beneath his signature. One letter to the FBI included demands for money, a piece of paper labeled "anthrax" and a white powdery substance that turned out to be harmless.

He faces a maximum of five years in prison after first serving a sentence for automobile theft.

I was issued a citation in Indiana in Nov'05 for learner's permit violation, even though I had a valid Wisconsin state licence. The cop did not understand the probationery licence issued by WI. WI issues probationary licences to internationals and first time drivers. But these license holders are legal drivers. The DMV in Madison, WI has given me a letter stating the citation was wrong. Who do I forward the letter to remove the citation from my driving record. Please note the citation was issued in Nov'05.

With photograhy the police must use mathematical calcuations to determine the distance one object is from another. I have a picture with two objects that have the same height. These objects are separated by an unkown distance. How would I find the distance between the objects from a single picture knowing only the heights of the two objects?

I was just curious, because you always hear about these small towns that haven't had murders in 20 years or so. However, in Baltimore and other cities, where the drug trade is active, the murder rates are sky-high, like around 300-400 a year.

Would it be safe to say drug-related murders are around 90% or so?
