if a lady says she is being abused and i offer to kill her husband and she accepts what should i do?
i met her over th net so for all i know shes a cop. an how she says she is being abused and i offerd my skills to kill her husband i was bother joking and serious. so id she had accepted it what should i do? normaly i would not expect most people to accept and i cut my relations off with thoes who i know would accept. what should i do? i just started college and its going great. i want to help if shes really in trouble but i am afrade she may be a cop or i may fly to where ever she is and find out she was lieing. advice. i am Fing serious!
now about 5 min ago i sent a lett to the FBI in portland telling them about my stupiedty. i also said that if she replies i would send that letter to them as well.
so am i going to jail or prison for my stupid mistake?

The FBI is the wrong agency, unless the person you offered to kill is a federal official.
Contact your local law enforcement agency immediately (that would be the people that respond to law enforcement issues in your home town) You are on the edge re: solicitation of murder - since you offered to kill her husband - you are as you say: truly stupid. Most people in jail and prison are pretty stupid, so if you don't act quickly you may get to be with your own kind.
Sounds like this is a common conversation for you. Trust me most people go a life time without ever offering to kill people. You are truly in need of that education - looks like you probably didn't finish high school with flying colors either.

So are so good. Wait and watch. Do not repeat Do not contact this lady anymore and do not send any msg. to FBI as well. You happen to offer your help to somebody and nothing more than that. Problem will start when you actually start killing. Do not joke over the net about killing some body. Big brother is watching.

Now that you have informed the Law, and agreed to cooperate with them, I think it makes you look less threatening to them. SO, you will probably be ok.
But this lady, you may want to try to persuade her to leave him or get the law involved on her side too!

You know whats right, and whats not, the sooner that you can be done with this lady the better!

I'm not cop or anything but my opinion is unless you actually accept funds from her then you can't be held accountable. Or unless of course you follow thru with the act.

You shouldn't be if you did not accept something in exchange for the offer. If you just said, yeah, sure I'll pop a cap in his ****, no one can get you on that.
