no, just find some body legal that is willing to do the work for him, young people just out of school, need work at entry level, try that.

Think about it in these terms. Someone else's uncle is doing the same thing in another part of the same city. That person is not ratting on his uncle.
Your uncle gets busted - sort of - and you get into all kinds of drama with your family over it. The other guy's uncle goes on his way.
How is that going to help your cousin Rick?
Families are weird about money, and that's the way it is.
You would be better off helping Rick advertise his business and getting more work. Sure there are illegals doing all kinds of work. They really need it, and it does make it tough for competitors. But its a federal problem that needs a big solution, not your pot shots.
About families and their wierd money trips, check out some of the literature on the psychology of money, or consciousness of money. You can evolve into bringing everyone in your life to a higher consciousness if you lead by example. Its really the solution.

I say turn him in, but lets face it, the cops are most likely not going to do anything. Depending on where you live, some jurisdictions have been advised by their state and their local INS office to leave well enough alone and they won't deport them.
I don't agree with it, the refusal to deport illegal immigrants, but there is nothing we can do except stay on our government to address the issue. And in reply to one of the respondent's answers that we should leave the illegals alone, they are trying to earn a buck, so am I. Some illegals make more than I do and have more opportunity, even thouh I am from a nice middle class family. I have to pay for school, taxes, pay my bills. Some illegals don't have to pay for school (they get grants, but oh guess what my parents make to much...too bad for me), they are illegal, really don't have to worry about taxes, and well bills? Let's face it....not much going on in that department either. Its a sad day when they seem to have more rights than our average, everday, LEGAL citizens.
